MedEvolveData Mining For Analysis

The balance between patient healthcare and successful management of your practice’s business strategy are two priorities you strive for everyday. Gain a broader and deeper understanding of your practice performance by seeing trends in patient flow, referral rates, reimbursements, and a broad range of productivity measurements.

With eCeno’s™ Data Mining, you have the ability to analyze information specific to your practice.

Beyond the standard 60 + reports available with eCeno™, Data Mining is a software application for in-depth reporting and data mining. By pulling in specific pieces of data from the eCeno™ SQL database — grouped into units of information or dimensions — nearly any field in the system “drills down” to smaller sets or levels, visualizing trends over days, months and years.

Data Mining also provides two additional means of analyzing practice-specific information: a measure, such as a transaction amount or visit count reported as a numerical value; and a cube, which groups dimensions and measures together utilizing the Microsoft Pivot Tables from Microsoft Excel. The data is accessible on your desktop with Excel compatibility.

Understanding the trends in your practice will enable you to make informed decisions about time and expense management and allow you more time to dedicate to your patients.
