Your staff has access to our Call Center. You can ask our Support people to analysis operations and design special reports. But you need more. Consider our Concierge Service if you:
- Want one, senior individual from MedEvolve to be available for consultation
- Desire to push IT technology to the limit on behalf of your practice and patients
- Need someone from outside the practice to monitor system or practice performance
- Consider launching a major, new IT initiative (ex., patient portal, physician mobile access).
Results? Your practice will gain added value by having a senior-level manager collaborating, coordinating and monitoring new or multiple IT initiatives affecting your practice.
Do I need Concierge Service? Yes, if you want MedEvolve as a partner. No, if you want MedEvolve as a vendor.
How long would the service last? We are partners. It will last as long as you are receiving value.
What will it cost? The cost is based on the level of skill and complexity of the projects you have in mind. We are partners; so, no work would be performed without having a written, not-to-exceed cost estimate.
Who will provide this service? We are partners. It will be someone in whom you have trust and confidence.
Can I discontinue at any time? Yes. We are partners. There is no benefit in continuing if there is no benefit.
