ONC Disclosure Statement for MedEvolve EHR

MedEvolve EHR versions 6.0 and 7.0, have been tested and certified for Meaningful Use Stage 2 by Drummond Group’s Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program. MedEvolve EHR versions 6.0 and 7.0 both met the requirements for ONC’s Complete EHR 2014 criteria which were adopted by the Secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services. Our EHR supports both Meaningful Use Stage 1 and Stage 2 measures, and is certified for use by eligible providers to qualify for EHR incentives. Costs or Fees:

MedEvolve EHR versions 6.0 and 7.0 are sold to eligible providers as a client/server or cloud based installation. In both installations purchasers of the MedEvolve EHR will be subject to one-time license and implementation fees as well as ongoing maintenance fees.

This certified product-version may require upfront and ongoing monthly costs to establish interfaces for reporting to immunization registries, cancer registries, and public health agencies (170.314.f.1, 170.314.f.2, 170.314.f.3) This certified product-version may require additional upfront and ongoing monthly costs to establish and support integrations to external laboratory services. (170.314.b.5). Providers purchasing MedEvolve EHR Versions 6.0 and 7.0 are required to enter a contractual obligation for a term of up to 36 months.

Contractual Limitations: There are none.

Technical Limitations: Internet access is required for ePrescribing.
