The reports are nice, but I need...
Your practice has special reporting needs, and the set of MedEvolve reports doesn't quite get you what you need. What then? Our staff can in a number of ways.
- MedEvolve Support can review your needs to confirm there is no suitable report currently available
- MedEvolve Support may be able to use existing tools to extract the information you need
- MedEvolve Support can design custom SQL scripts to load transactions into Excel™ spreadsheet
- MedEvolve Development staff may design a custom report to meet more complex needs.
Results? Your practice gets the specific information needed to provide proper patient care and meet the resulting billing and administrative requirements.
Why doesn't MedEvolve have the report already? Medical practice needs are volatile particularly now with all the healthcare initiatives afoot.
Will I be charged for the new report? No, if it is a common report for which we are receiving multiple request. Perhaps, if the report is unique to your practice. We will confirm any expected charges prior to starting any work.
How long will it take to get a response? The time is directly related to the reporting complexity; however, we do have staff available for handling such requests. We will confirm an estimated delivery time prior to starting any work.
Will the new report be available to other practices? Yes, because it's to everyone's benefit if all practices are on "standard" software releases so upgrades and corrections can be delivered in a timely and reliable manner.
