Golden Valley Medical is a multi-specialty group practice of 21 physicians in Clinton, Missouri.
GVM operates three locations and has a CAP-accredited, in-house laboratory. GVM recently constructed a new Cardio Rehab facility.
GVM finished evaluating EMR systems and selected IC Chart. The EMR will be integrated with their MedEvolve PM system.
Kyle Adkins, Administrator, has integrated his MedEvolve system with automated telephone dialing and reports a consistent 19% reduction in patient appointment no-shows.

MedEvolve records all incoming customer service requests (Cases) in the Call Center system. You can now track your Cases via the Internet. Would you like the ability to start a new Case yourself at any time of day? Would you like to be able to add additional information (ex., comments or document) to Cases in progress to help correct a problem sooner?
