Installing software is easy. Implementing so it works effectively takes a partnership.
The software license agreement is signed. Now what? MedEvolve partners with our practices to ensure the objectives are realistic and the staff is competent with the new software. MedEvolve supports your staff by:
- Creating a mutually agreeable implementation time line
- Coordinating the various IT providers to avoid confusion or delays
- Developing staff competencies through Webinars, on-line training and on-site coaching
- Being on-site during go-live to provide encouragement and coaching for a smooth transition.
Results? Your staff will have increased confidence and effectiveness in using the new software tools to achieve the practice's goals and objectives. MedEvolve succeeds only when our practices achieve their objectives.
When will Implementation staff contact me? You will work with our Implementation Department within the week of a signed agreement.
How is the implementation schedule created? MedEvolve consults with your practice's leadership to arrive at a mutually agreeable schedule.
How quickly is the software installed? Installation usually occurs within 60 days.
Is it possible to install sooner? Yes, but only if staff is available for training to assure a smooth transition.
How many hours will MedEvolve spend with staff? However many it takes to achieve competency.
