Our Focus Is on Your Requests and Suggestions 

Taking the feedback from 2005, this year’s conference will provide more training sessions, focus groups for influencing software development priorities, and opportunities for interpractice discussion. The location is changed to a more relaxed location along the Arkansas River within walking and trolley-car distance of the Little Rock Riverfront entertainment area.

Our development on Release 4.0 continues on schedule for commercial release late this year, and we will have breakout sessions on the new functionality. These sessions focus on money management techniques using the new claims submission functions, enhanced electronic remittance processing, newly integrated claims status reporting/updating, and automated plan eligibility confirmation.

Last year MedEvolve discussed its plans for the new Release 4.0. This year we reversed that process and will be asking attendees to tell MedEvolve where efforts should be focused for the next set of enhancement releases. There will be focus groups to advocate for enhancements and help MedEvolve establish software development priorities. Integration with EMR, Internet patient registration, optical inventory, and laboratory management systems are becoming much more common. We will be soliciting your specific ideas about how MedEvolve should extend the integration between the MedEvolve PM system and these ancillary systems in use today.

Breakout Sessions

EDI & Claims Processing 
A review of new functionality, covering Patient Eligibility, Insurance Collections, Electronic Remittance enhancements, and Electronic Secondary Claims Filing. We will also discuss NPI (National Provider Identifier) and share information that we have received from the insurance carriers. 

Claims Auditing 
A discussion of the steps necessary to verify that claims have been received and accepted by carriers along with a look at the Claim Rules functionality introduced in eCeno version 4.0. 

Data Mining 
Learn to access the information that you need to make intelligent decisions about your business. Construct a library of Data Mining views that will become a Dashboard view of your business – information that will provide an easy way for you to keep a finger on the pulse of your business. We will help you define and build custom reports, so please bring your requests. 

Document Manager 
So much more than scanning insurance cards! Learn how to organize and store patient documents for quick and easy review. Learn how to electronically ‘sign-off’ on transcriptions, how to combine Account Analysis and Document Manager as an effective marketing tool. 

eCeno 4.0 Review 
New Features & Enhanced Functionality: 
Remember all those enhancement requests? Do you want to see which ones we have implemented? Then don’t miss this breakout session where we will review the exciting new features introduced in the upcoming version. 
Application Issues: 
We have also focused heavily on application bugs and integrity in the new version, and we’re ready to show off! Available at the session will be a list of these items for you to review.
