MedEvolve Announces Participation in KLAS Quality
Review
MedEvolve places high
priority on maintaining high quality standards in our software products
and related support services.
We know our eCeno suite of applications must
deliver the functionality required by our customers; but equally
important, the software must also be reliable and stable to deliver
satisfactory results in your practice. Similarly, we know that our
support services must not only deliver competent support but must
also be responsive and demonstrate that we care about our customers.
MedEvolve is participating with KLAS Enterprises
LLC to independently measure how our customers rate MedEvolve product
value and service quality. KLAS specializes in monitoring and reporting
the performance of healthcare’s information technology vendors.
Why You Should Participate
MedEvolve sets product and service development strategies based
on the feedback from our customers. Our customers are our best source
of information regarding which software enhancements are most valuable
and how services should best be delivered. Sometimes, though, people
are reluctant to tell us the “bad” news or cannot find
the time to tell us the “good” news.
To create the best product and services available,
we need input from a broad spectrum of our customers. Hence, we
engaged KLAS to conduct an independent survey and provide us with
summarized and anonymous input for our consideration. We need your
feedback if we are to continue making productive improvements and
continue our success.
How is the Performance
Survey Conducted
MedEvolve has provided KLAS our entire list of customers, and KLAS
has control over which customers are selected. We have mailed a
notice to our customers saying they might be contacted and requesting
they give their feedback freely and candidly.
KLAS has contacted many of our customers to conduct
performance evaluations and follow up with customers submitting
their evaluations through the KLAS web site. When KLAS obtains a
statistically relevant percentage of participation, they will summarize
the results for our consideration and provide comparisons of MedEvolve
performance to our competitors.
KLAS will also provide us with specific customer
comments made during the survey process, but will not reveal the
practice, individual or location generating any comment.
What About the Results
MedEvolve will place high reliance on the KLAS results because the
evaluations will provide feedback that is more candid and more representative
of our customers’ views than we could gather ourselves. As
always, our objective is to continue improving our offerings to
our customers so we can “achieve success together” over
the coming years.
