MedEvolve Announces New Sets of eCeno™
Training Tutorials
MedEvolve now has over
fifty special-topic training tutorials available to our customers.
These tutorials are available on CD, and address specific topics
most requested by inquiries to our Help Desk or questions asked
during training.
Initial customer response has been overwhelmingly
positive. As a result, we have identified more than 100 tutorials
topics believed to be useful to new customer staff. MedEvolve is
committed to completing these tutorials over the course of one year;
thus, our tutorial inventory is constantly changing.
Copies of the tutorials will be available at
no charge to customers attending our upcoming October 13/14 User
Conference. The tutorials are available to all customers participating
in the annual eCeno warranty and maintenance programs.
MedEvolve provides hands-on training both in
our Little Rock education center and at customer sites. MedEvolve
also provides written documentation (manuals) in both print and
electronic media as reference and training materials. The new tutorials
represent another tool to help eCeno system users gain the most
value and efficiency from their system interaction.
