MedEvolve support begins before you sign an agreement with us. Support personnel provide product demonstrations and answer detailed questions to assure you are not surprised after the software is operational.

MedEvolve trainers will provide a combination of Webinars, custom Internet training, on-site training and on-site coaching assistance during go-live. The training approach is tailored to your specific needs and your staff's availability for participating in the training.

After your practice is "up and running," MedEvolve support personnel are available to provide telephone assistance. Your staff can call, email or use a web portal to initiate calls and receive updates on progress.

MedEvolve also provides "concierge service" for special analysis projects. These projects include improving reimbursements, reducing A/R, enhancing patient communication and monitoring practice performance metrics.
