MedEvolve™ Software Delivery

Some practices want to have complete ownership and control of their practice management and EMR systems. Others want to practice medicine and let others handle the technology and HIPAA security issues. MedEvolve™ does it both ways.

Own It and Run It
If you want control over the hardware and your patient databases, then a Client/Server platform meets your needs. Your patient database would resideon a server located in your office connected to your individual workstations via a local network ( cable connected or wireless) and via leased lines or Internet to remote offices.

MedEvolve™ can supply the hardware and network software, or you can buy the components from a supplier of your choice. Once installed, your staff will have control and responsibility for daily system operations and HIPAA security compliance.

Use It and Forget It
MedEvolve™ can also deliver the eCeno suite of applications as an Application Service provider(ASP. Your patient database would reside on a server located in a remote, secure facility with 24/7/365 operational support and would be connected to he workstations in your practice via the Internet or leased lines.

Your practice would avoid the expenses and obsolescence risk of acquiring the server, providing a HIPAA-secure facility, maintaining the proper protection from malicious software intrusions, assuring proper backup procedures and the like.

Either Way - It's the Same eCeno™
MedEvolve™ will provide the same eCeno™ suite of application and implementation expertise regardless of whether you choose Client/Server, ASP, or a combination of both (ex. run PM in-house, run EMR as ASP).
